“Beautiful conservation area. While there was little activity this time of year, the bird views were excellent - ibis, crame, osprey, duck, etc. We had a great time with very little fees.”

“It's pretty out there. Just don't go for a few days after a good rain, trail was under water! Overall seemed like it'd be a nice and well marked hiking trail if it had been a little dryer, but that's out of our control lol”

“Incredible place. Breathtaking views of migratory birds, helpful educational displays, and impressive programs like bus tours of the refuge and talks given by experts. The gift shop is well stocked with books, bird watching supplies, and a really awesome collection of enamel pins of different birds you see there. The Bald Eagle festival last year was unforgettable.”

“Lovely garden, even when most of the flowering plants are done for the season. It's right outside the door of the visitors center, which offers restrooms and a gift shop as well as outstanding interpretive displays courtesy of the US Fish & Wildlife Service.”

“If there were 10 stars, that would be my rating! Andrew Bradshaw was the driver to tow my Jaguar to Annapolis Jaguar. Polite, professional, well-groomed, knew exactly what he was doing. I rode in the cab because I needed to pick up a loaner car from Jag. Smart! Charming! Very professional! Totally dedicated to the business being customer-focussed. I gave a high rating to my insurance PURE and recommended that they ALWAYS request THIS towing service.”

“Overall, and looking at how the material presented is designed to portray a very specific story in a specific way, I think it does accomplish its goals. As a historian of the building arts myself, I found that it feels too detached from history and place and time because everything is presented in a sort of postmodern, evocative, very stylized fashion. Quite differently from how anything described would have actually looked or been set. It would be too harsh to say that they've given a Disney-fied version Harriet Tubman's life and work. But considering how it has been so thoroughly processed and repackaged for ease of consumption, the analogy is not inapt.”

“I'm just waiting for a ride, and when I went to ask, not only was she amazingly friendly, she offered me a bottle of water and to wait inside. I don't have a P.O. Box or the money for one, but I sure as hell wish I did. Really friendly. Maybe a small town, but had a woman just walk in and their talking like next door neighbors. Heavily suggest doing more business here if you have a chance to.”

“This is a small close knit church whose members are exceedingly welcoming to old and new guests. Rev. Kirkley is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable preachers i have had the pleasure to know. His messages are always so enlightening. I am very proud to be a member of this church!”
