  I sat for 5 minutes staring at this “review” screen, trying to put how I feel about Odin into words. So here is my best shot: Odin is life changing. Not to sound cliche, but my mental and physical health have never been better than they are today. Allison has created an environment of encouraging, loyal, and intensely motivated coaches and members. The coaching is solid, and they will guide you through your workout, helping you move well with a “form first” mentality. The programming is adaptable for any level of athlete, from beginner to competition. Open gym time is abundant for those that want to make up a workout or work on skills. Extra specialty classes and fun get togethers are a staple. Odin carries with me throughout my daily life and it has not only made me physically stronger, but mentally as well.

  Member since June 2018. This is a great place to workout with challenging WODS and everything you need to feel like you accomplished something. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and extremely helpful; they genuinely want you to succeed at becoming a better version of yourself. The members are a friendly group who will welcome you to the family with open arms.

  I cannot say enough good things about this gym! It is truly an amazing and transformative place. Not only have I become stronger and more fit... but I have also experienced gains in my confidence and determination. It is an uplifting experience to participate in a workout at this gym. The coaches are supportive, motivating and knowledgeable. The members are friendly and encouraging. This community has become my extended family. I highly recommend Odin to both newbies, looking to try out CrossFit for the first time, and to seasoned athletes. You won’t be disappointed!

  I have been a member since August 2018 and have noticed muscle gain and improvement within my short time there. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, accepting, and can easily provide scaled versions of every workout as needed. The onboarding "Roots" program allowed me to practice each of the CF moves prior to taking a "real" class with everyone else-- this was awesome! The community aspect is my favorite part of ODIN-- everyone treats everyone else like family, and they encourage you as a friend, no matter your skill level. Finally, the schedule accommodates even the busiest person, including open gym times throughout the week.

  The coaching staff is outstanding. They're personable, skilled and knowledgeable. I love that each WOD is a quality workout with a clear purpose. The entire community is very welcoming and encouraging. Odin is truly a one of kind box and my life is better for it!
