“Started kind of rocky when our van was not even at the location. Waited for 30 minutes, but they got us into a larger van for the same price as the vehicle originally reserved. Everyone was generous and very willing to work with us concerning our time restraint with family arriving at the airport needing to be picked up right after the pick-up of the vehicle.”
