“From start to finish, this was a great experience. Never had my 2000 Honda Accord detailed before and it was horrible. I reviewed the website before calling and making an appointment. When I called, I had a couple of questions and all were answered thoroughly and direct. I was not left worrying about any price increase at the time since the price was broken down before having service completed. (Those hidden fees can get you with other companies) The day of the appointment, they arrived early and ready to work. They did a once over the vehicle with me before starting to ensure if I had any questions or concerns, they were answered and addressed. I then handed them my keys and let them get to work. I was quoted about 3 hours for service and I thought it would definitely take longer due to my vehicles condition. Nope! They completed it in 3 hours and my car looked like it had just come from the dealership. I was so amazed with the transformation of my vehicle, I booked my 3 other vehicles right then and there. Great work, great customer service, great company!”

The damage was extensive to the right side of the car where I was hit making it impossible to open my driver’s side door. I was sure my car would never look the same again. It was my insurance company who referred me to Precision and I’m so glad they did. The car looks perfect and they even cleaned it inside and out. A very nice bonus. My experience in the past is that most companies just do the work, but Precision went above and beyond and the quality of work is exemplary. The people (Larry & Holly) were friendly and helpful and walked me through the steps of dealing with insurance, rental car, etc. Would definitely recommend if you find yourself in need of a good body shop.”

“So thankful for the exceptional service and kindness from Chesaco. Our family of 6 was traveling through Maryland on our way toward home in Texas. Our travel trailer (under warranty) had a major mechanical breakdown in Frederick. We were told by a local that Chesaco was the place for us to get help. We were facing a 2-4 week delay in the middle of our vacation while waiting for a replacement part from the manufacturer. This was very stressful. “I've taken two separate trucks here to be repaired when they broke down. I had one towed and the other I personally drove there myself. When my truck was towed there recently, they notified me that they received it! The workers here and the owner, Dean, really care about helping! They fixed both of my trucks efficiently and explained to me the costs of the repairs as well as what they found broken when fixing them both. I honestly could not find a more affordable and reliable place to take my trucks.
