“I stopped by Maryland Collision Center to get an estimate to straighten the hood of our car, which had had a shoddy repair from an out-of-state Maaco. One of the headlights shined upward while the other shined low. Eric gave me a lot of insight into the condition under the hood, and honestly explained that to get it fixed correctly, the cost would not be worth it, for such an old car. However, Eric pulled the car into the garage (where he could shine the headlights on the wall), and was able to use a tool to maneuver the lights into a more even position. He didn’t even charge me! I really appreciated his excellent customer service.”
