Best I have dealt with! We had a particularly difficult problem with our Heater. Not going to bore anyone with details..suffice it to say it was beyond frustrating and perplexing. After countless service calls we ultimately ended up with a new heater. The staff never gave up trying to avoid doing that..they are professional, courteous and went above and beyond. Pricing was fair and I certainly did not feel like they were trying to make a quick buck. A special shout out to Tabitha. Every business should be lucky enough to have that kind of customer service. Can't recommend the enough.
Excellent company. Had an issue with my filter, aquatic solutions were prompt and professional. I'm a new pool owner and they took the time to teach me about pool and filtration system. Highly recommended

Aquatic Solutions has taken care of two jobs for me. They fixed a leak (by my Polaris outlet) and recently replaced my pool cover. Matt Jackson (the owner) and Tim Moss are great guys and good people to work with. I highly recommend them.
We've been using Aquatic Solutions for a few years. We have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone we have dealt with in the company. When we first found them, they were the only ones who took the time and effort to figure out a challenging water chemistry problem we were having for over a season. They never try to oversell us on anything. Still a very happy and satisfied customer.
