“Recently found that our bathroom shower was pouring water into the basement. Called N E Bob Waltz the next morning and they scheduled me for the following day. The mechanics called to confirm the morning off about 15 min prior to arrival, they were friendly and professional. From start to finish it took them about 30-40 minutes to identify the issue, explain to me what they found and the repairs they were going to do, make the repairs and test them, and write up the work order. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend N E Bob Waltz for any plumbing related repairs. I'll be calling them in the future for some additional work we need done as well.”
