Justin with Eastern Exteriors was amazing! He worked with my insurance company to have whole roof replaced, I only had to pay the deductible. The roof looks great! The workers were on time, fast, and clean!

Chris responded to my questions with my roofing project quickly and assisted me throughout the entire process from start to finish. His team is fast, efficient and placed everything back like they were never there! I Highly recommend the folks at Eastern Exteriors and look forward to working with them in the future. Michael T was very easy to work with and Eastern accommodated our schedules as my wife works from home and did not want to have roofers above while trying to work. Crew did a very nice job with work and removed debris and put our outdoor deck furniture back once work was complete.

It's been 65 days since my roof install and we've had three snow/ice storms and two severe wind storms - thought it was proper time to finally write a review.
From start to finish, John M. and Eastern Exteriors provided excellent customer service. Top notch. John helped me work through the insurance process and even worked with my carrier to add on a new roof for my shed! Wow! I had the roof installed in the winter and on the exact date set, it snowed. So we pushed it back a week and the crew was on time and finished the total install house+shed in one day. They cleaned up everything and John showed up two more times to magnetic sweep for nails that may have been missed, which I appreciate him for going the extra mile for that. The roof looks amazing and after the severe windstorms and snow/ice storms, everything checks out and no leaks. I am very happy with their level of service and roof install skills.
If there is one thing that I may be critical about is that John is too nice and goes out of his way to make you 110% satisfied. He'll burn himself out doing this. Take it easy, John!

Nearly forgot!!! They also installed/replaced three skylights! It looks so good and I can finally see the sky (serious, not joking) John worked with my insurance carrier to maximize my coverage for the sky lights and saved me a bundle. Enough to order myself a new Jeep bumper. John returned after the install to check on the skylights to assure they were tight. While the ladder was up, I snuck up and checked it out myself. Good job!

Eastern Exteriors has replaced many roofs in my neighborhood After a mistake from the supplier (no fault of their own) shingles were delivered to my house on my roof. From the very first day Eastern Exteriors promised to make things right. Not only did they take care of me due to the mistake made by the supplier, they also walked me through the process to get my entire roof replaced through my insurance company due to a recent storm. Eastern Exteriors was very upfront about possible charges that the insurance company would not cover and they did not add extras just for the sake of charging more. The whole process was simple, my roof was installed in just a few hours, the installation crew was very respectful of my property and did not leave any debris or garbage behind and i have a new beautiful looking roof.
