Surprisingly — and this facet of the insurance business doesn't get exposed on the consumer side of things — repair shops like dealing with Nationwide, too. I happened to get in a chat with a shop owner about insurers. He liked Nationwide, too, because they reimburse his claim jobs quickly, too. Does this mean repair shops move faster on work for which they'll get paid faster? I can't say. But it tells me at least that Nationwide is a square & solid operation across the board.”
