“After a summer storm, we had water come through our roof and into our bedroom. Suarez Services was able to come out the next morning, assess the damage, and suggest repairs. They worked with us to file an insurance claim and then worked with the insurance company throughout the process to coordinate storm damage repair. Suarez Services was able to complete our entire roof replacement in a timely manner with excellent craftsmanship. Suarez Services also completed interior repairs and we can even notice where the water damage was. They were quick, completing the interior work in a single day, limiting disturbance to our family. After they left, we couldn’t even tell they worked there, not a spec of dust left. We were so happy with the roof work; we added additional work to replace our gutters and outdoor wooden window/siding trim. The owner came out and gave a detailed estimate and was very honest with what could and couldn’t be done within reason based on our situation. They were quick to schedule the repair work and did an excellent job matching the paint color to our existing. We would use Suarez Services for future projects.”

“I bought a 100+ year old farm house on a short sale 5 years ago that was in such disrepair that the real estate agent did not want to show it to me. When I said I wanted to buy it he asked "What, are you handy or something?" I wasn't and I cried when I got the first estimate on putting the bathrooms in working order. Somehow I had the good fortune to find Paul Weiger. He finished a bathroom for me that was completely gutted, he replaced a tub and the tile in another bathroom, added a shower and tile to a third bathroom, fixed my leaking skylights, replaced the sink in my kitchen, put a gutter on my barn and even found some antique doors for me and finished them to replace several that were missing. When I needed work done on my heat pump he even found a great guy to help me out on that as well. I kept Paul busy for several months and trusted him to work long hours in my home while I was at work. Even my dogs loved Paul :) Thanks to Paul and his many years of experience, his skill, his expertise and his willingness to work within my tight budget, I was able to transform a mess into something I am proud of.
