“I am giving this review 5 stars because Dr. Holloway is a true professional. She is well knowledgeable in her field and patient. I had to bring my 4 year old son and she didn't seem to mind when he started asking questions and getting in the way a couple of times. With that being said, I did not care for the receptionist. I didn't get her name but she had glasses and a blonde bob. She didn't smile. Her attitude was unfriendly and when I asked if I could get one of the lollipops for my son, she said only one. Why would I take more? Given the atmosphere of this practice, she didn't seem to fit. I would have liked to have seen her interaction with others to see if it was just me. Anyway Dr. Holloway's honesty and demeanor will definitely have me going back.”

“This is my sweet girl Princess Peony. She is a rescue and has had a hard go at life. Her skin hasn’t been very well for a while now and I took her to a different vet and they wanted me to get rid of her or put her down . Which broke my heart and discouraged me from wanting to go to another vet . Well I called around asking if anyone does payment plans or could work with me or anything because my sweet girl just wasn’t doing any good. I called at least 20 vets and they all got smart with me and hung up except for Swan Creek Veterinary Clinic, they cared from the start asked what was going on and worked with me to help her . When I took her they all were kind and helpful. They got her on a treatment plan and so far she seems to be doing better . I would recommend this Veterinarian office to anyone. The compassion & support they offer the clientele is just off the charts amazing I’m never going anywhere else for my babygirl .”
