M. Was extremely present and helpful. She took the time to explain the responsibilities of owning a pet to my 8 year old daughter perfectly. Answered all our questions and would definitely recommend PSP to all friends and family.

I was on the road with my cat, who had an unfortunate accident in her carry case (never happened before). Pet Supplies Plus was the nearest pet store, so I stopped in and asked if they could help.

They were amazing, offering me their bathroom so I could clean her up and providing me with everything I needed. The staff clearly care deeply about animals, and I will never forget how they were there 100% for a cat in distress.

Helpful staff, great sales throughout the store and the new dog washing stations were busy and looked really convenient. Great selection of great, healthy pet food brands. If you want to go the extra mile for your pets food this is a good place to check out.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The entire staff including the manager lady,are quite literally the most magnificent people ive ever met. Absolutely down to earth and they make the experience worth the while. The store is always clean and always stocked. They even offer a dog wash service in the store itself & the best part is they usually have Ferrets! I highly recommend everybody & their mother to come by. Much love yall!
