“Great pretzels, at a good price, and a good team. Had an issue with a batch of pretzels once. In hindsight, nothing serious, however the managers and owner were very concerned, and went above and beyond in making sure they kept a long time customer happy. We've been going here since this location opened, and this was our first problem ever. VERY pleased with the response.”
