Had to deliver the news that the system (20 years old) has died but we expected it. He was nothing but courteous and professional. Then Brian F came later that day. Walked us through all of our options and stayed HOURS helping us work through the creative financing. He went above and beyond accommodating us in every way. Then Monday Tom and Andrew did our install. Had heat by 2pm! They were equally great and professional. Could not comment Blue Dot more highly for this first rate experience.”

It was in a terrible spot and plumbing pipes had to be rerouted because of the "new" government standards for water heaters, the new one was too tall to fit in the old spot. We were given a 10 year warranty and the tech was professional and kept the area clean.”
