“I recently got engaged and bought the ring from Benvenuto's. Best decision I ever made. Their costumer service is unmatched, the quality of stones and jewelery are stunning, and their prices are extremely fair. I went to three other jewelry stores before I decided on Benvenuto's. The selection at the other stores were just not as good in either quality or they just simply didn't have a large large enough selection. The customer service was transactional at best and the prices were easily 2k over what I was looking for. Even the famous Saxons was a disappointment. Their selection was large and their quality of stones were great. Their prices, however, were still too high and their customer service was reminiscent of buying a used car. I was bombarded with 3 over the top salesman that seemed more interested in fighting each other for my commission rather than finding out what I wanted in a ring. I finally went to Benvenuto's and it was a perfect match. Lauren, the sales woman, was very sweet and patient. She doesn't work on commission so she was more interested in getting me the perfect ring. She sat me down and explained every detail about diamonds that I should know. Clarity, carrot, color. Everything that was relevant to what I was looking for and the price I wanted. Lou, the owner and jewler, does amazing work and will come out to chat as well. After my second or third time there, I felt like family. They would greet me by name when I walked in and we're super accommodating when it came to pricing and payment. I took my fiance there after the proposal for fitting and they were so happy to see her! The wanted to hear the story and see the pictures. These folks really take pride in what they do. Wonderful experience. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Love you guys!!!!”
