My experience with Jones Kia was awesome. The staff were very nice and helpful. They really worked with me. I got the car I wanted with decent payments. The process was smooth as butter. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I am so grateful to have had the opportunity of working with the car salesman Phil while looking for a new car. Phil went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car that was to my liking and affordable for me. He didn’t stop at just one car, he gave me the option between multiple cars before I found the one that I liked. He made me feel like a valued customer, not as if he was just trying to sell me a car. He worked very hard to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had here at Jones junction and my brand new Toyota Camry!! I was so very impressed with the customer service of this Kia dealership while getting my car serviced. I was in the middle of a meeting and the staff offered their personal workspace, away from their waiting area, so I could finish out my meeting. So thoughtful and helpful! Everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions. Also, the service was reasonably priced. I will most definitely be coming back to this Kia store.

I appreciate the service that I received at this location when it comes to servicing my vehicle. If you decide to go here for vehicle servicing make sure that you call to make an appointment. You will be given the name of your service advisor when you do make your appointment. They do give you a reminder call the day before your appointment. The service advisors have always been very helpful. They have complimentary granola bars, coffee, and tea. For those who are not interested in coffee or tea that they do have a soda machine. If you have an issue with your vehicle that requires them to keep it a few days and it's covered under warranty or under a recall they will provide you with a rental vehicle. It seems to me that they strive for an exemplary level of service.

I would highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a new car. The staff was very attentive, friendly and worked to find me a vehicle that worked for me. Vance, our salesperson, was very friendly, upfront and collaborated with his coworkers to create the exact vehicle that I was looking for. The general manager and the guy who worked me through my financing worked a fair price out that I was happy with.
