“Dr. R was great. I was so unhappy with my last appointment at a Lenscrafter (I went because they took my insurance) and up charged me because they said I needed toric lenses. I've been wearing contacts for 30+ years and never been told my astigmatism was so bad I needed torics. After the appointment, instead of the regular copay I had to pay an additional $98 because the Dr. recommended toric? Scam much? Anyway, meeting Dr. R and having a through exam, she said she wouldn't recommend toric, that my astigmatism wasn't that bad and didn't warrant them. So happy to be back in my regular lenses and with a Dr. who just wanted the best for my eyes and not their pocket.”
