“Dam is cool, but parking here is VERY limited compared to when we visited a few years ago. We came back to our car to a park police putting tickets on cars parked on the side of the road. No parking signs are everywhere! Sad that this limits how many people can enjoy this beautiful area.”

“Kind of challenging to find if you have never been in the area, but a really nicely set up campground. We stayed two nights, and as a low budget traveling family we found it a great spot from which to base ourselves for a quick visit to Baltimore. The facilities were excellent. Great for kids and there is a playground for them in the day use area (not in the camping area itself, but at entrance area). Sites were very well kept and maintained, one of the best we had seen on our 2-3 months traveling and camping in the northern US states.”

“Great park nestled in a neighborhood. Well keep tennis courts. The playground is great; there are always kids playing on it. Lots of slides. Only two swings, but people are good at sharing.”

“Staying here was peaceful and I enjoyed learning the history of the area. The duty ranger wasn't very helpful when I asked if could extend few hour because of work. But other than that staying here was a pretty good bargain. Oh and if you stay in the fall watch out for the falling acorns. They dented up the tonneau cover on my pickup.”

“Love coming here to this pavilion at centennial park. My mothers company has thrown their company picnics there for the past 10 years or so and it's just a all around awesome place to bring the family. Theres a bathroom for this particular pavilion which is great and you can walk up to the boat rentals and the lake. Park is always clean as are the bathrooms at least in my experiences. You wont regret this as your party location.”

“We go to this park frequently and have never had a bad experience. In the summer there is so much to do with the boat rentals, the different events, and the Adventure Shack food which is okay for park food. The lake path and the playground are fantastic all year round and there's always children for my daughter to play with and other dogs for mine to greet. The lake path is 2.4 miles around so it offers a longer walk for children but isn't too strenuous. My daughter also insisted that I mention that it's a pretty good place to play Pokemon Go.”

“This is a members dog park, but you can pay a fee at a collection box next to the gate. I have seen people monitor this park to make sure you are a member or that you paid. Nice very large dog park, with a fairly large separate small dog area. Sometimes my dogs are by themselves and other times there might be 30 other dogs. This is one of my favorite dog parks.”
