“My 80 year old father has memory problems and moved to Encore at Turf Valley last year. I visit with him two or three times a week and the assisted living care he receives has been very helpful. Almost every visit, my father talks about how thankful he is to be living there. He enjoys his meals in the dining room, attending music performances (he likes to sing along), and bingo! He adjusted quickly to living at Encore and we have peace of mind knowing that he is well cared for and safe. One of his biggest challenges was remembering to take his daily medicines, which is now handled by the Encore staff. It is a good feeling to know that Encore will be able to assist him as his needs grow.”

“My visit to the spa was out of a deep need to reconnect to my body and get a much needed break from the runaround. So I planned for the “mini-spa” day; that’s two services with a lunch. The professionals that worked with me, Melanie and Teresa were stellar. They each were gentle and super easy to talk with, allowing me to explain what I needed. I have several allergies and my body has sensitivity due to recent surgery. Both were so reassuring, they handled my concerns easily. Melanie’s body scrub was amazing and Teresa’s perfect pressure on my massage was heavenly. I will definitely sing their praises to anyone that wants to listen. The only thing I would have changed would have been to have lunch after instead of in between. Not separating the services would have allowed the relaxing flow I was feeling to stay much longer. All in all, experiencing The Spa at Turf Valley is a fantastic way to spend the day.”

“Excellent experience here! Our server was nice and had a good knowledge of the menu, which we appreciated as first-time visitors. We tried the Eggplant Parmesan, Guacamole dip appetizer, Calamari and Crispy Fish and Chips for our entree. And for dessert, a very delicious Crispy Apple Tarte with a scope of ice cream. They nailed the portion sizes, so we had enough room for all, but there were so many other enticing things on the menu. We'll be back!”

“I have been going to this venue since it opened. It is in an upscale location and blends in perfectly with the other merchants. A very clean venue...both in and out. Always greeted by the manager, Brittany, or other on-duty stylists by name or with another familiar greeting. Using the online check-in app, I was lucky enough to have Brittany as my stylist. As always, professional in appearance and demeanor, providing a quality service for reasonable cost and offering and suggesting hair products to enhance one's appearance...reasonably priced, as well. “I see many complaints about this store so I figured I would share my experience. We all dread going to the store to activate our phones and getting everything moved smoothly. Well I have gone to this store 2 times 1 time just recently on 1-21-18. I arrived just as they opened (actually 5 minutes before they opened and they let me in) since I did not want to get caught in the rush time. This is the 2nd time they activated my phone with no hiccups. The first time was going from samsung to iphone. Everything was moved I was out of there is 30m and I was very pleased with the service provided.”

“Employees are fantastic, store is EXTREMELY clean and well stocked. Prices on some things are higher compared to other places but on other items drastically lower. Also they have the largest pet aisle I've ever seen in a grocery store with lots of different goodies. Parking lot is very big. Only complaint is register area can be very cramped, otherwise I love this store.”

“A master smiles and greets every person at the door 90% of the time. The teachers teach discipline and hard work with enough playfulness to make my daughter love attending. Each student is instructed and encouraged at his or her level. The facility is clean and pretty with plenty of parent seating. Yes it’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. Masters Chong, Shin, and Philip are extraordinary.”

“My new go to Chinese restaurant. I ordered the Mongolian beef and it was so delicious. It had just the right amount of sauce you know a lot of Chinese restaurants overkill the sauce but I can say this one hit the nail on the head. They also have some really tasty dim sum that ends at 3pm each day. All in all this wonderful restaurant I highly recommend.”
