The gym has cardio, weight machines, and free weights with televisions and music playing (also has a service table for coffee/tea, water, etc). There is a Massage Therapist/Relexologist there with VERY reasonable rates and gives a relaxing and effective massage! Acupuncturists and physical therapists to follow shortly per scuttlebutt heard. Classrooms for rent for activities and DIY seminars. Discounts for seniors on almost everything offered there. Always have something going on for all ages, especially around a holiday. Fun yet relaxing place to be, especially with a County Library next door and police satellite office and fire department there as well. LOVE IT! ????????????”
