The team analyzed an odd seat mechanism malfunction and suggested the best way to resolve it, suggesting how to save time ( labor cost) and turned it around at the promised time. Especially impressive is that T&C documents all components of the inspection with digital photos, made available online as part of the ongoing vehicle history.
