He was polite and informative about the possible problem based on the computer reading. He was able to start working on my car the next day and asked if I needed a ride home. The next day he called, told me what was wrong, how much it would cost and if I wanted to get it fixed at his shop or somewhere else. I had him fix it. He did an awesome job explaining what was wrong with the vehivle and putting me at ease with everything. I would go there again if my car suddenly broke AND I will make future car appointments there for regular stuff. The shop is definitely worth going back to.”
