He knew ALL of the various types, pros, cons and asked the right questions in order to allow you to make the best choice for yourself. He sold nothing, pushed nothing, just showed and explained so we understood. Then...Noah helped me install the bike rack. He was just as awesome!. Oh, and we spent less than we planned.
