“John was amazing today. I've been waiting for a new card to come in the mail but after 2 weeks of waiting I decided to stop in. He helped me cancel the card that was MIA, he shredded my old compromised card and issued me a new card. He even went the extra mile to help me resubmit paperwork for a fraudulent charge. I was in an out of there in less than 20 minutes. He was very polite and efficient. This branch has always been pleasant to visit.”
