Gave me heaps and heaps of excellent, applicable advice - despite the fact that we both knew that the particular services I was seeking were not something that Kevin’s business offers. Having said that, he genuinely pointed me in the right direction with the sole intent of just trying to help me out, as well as informing me of a good number of things/privileges that I am currently entitled to. This dude is an absolute gem, and I can guarantee if he was that cool to a total stranger over the phone, then doing business with the man for real is going to exceed any expectations you have by a huge margin.
