This is the third time we’ve used Zepp over the past few years and once again they exceeded our expectations. It’s nice to have a reliable plumber you know you can trust and operates with professionalism and integrity! It also feels good to support a local, family run business.

We have used Zepp plumbing many times over the years and have always been pleased with their service. Mr Zepp and his crew are competent and pleasant to work with. With our recent septic tank issue, Mr Zepp patiently explained what needed to be done each step of the way and the work was completed quickly. Their prices are competitive. It is nice to have a hometown company of people that care.

We were referred to Zepp Plumbing by neighbors who praised their service and reliability. The first time we called them because our backup sump pump was failing. At that time he fixed the problem, cleaned and tested the system. He said the pumps were operational but that both pumps had a year or two left. We waited a year and called Zepp out to replace both pumps, and we are relieved that we did. The main pump was failing, the back-up pump was being overworked (causing the alarm to go off continually). We had expected to pay much more than what we were charged for the replacement. Our experiences with Zepp have both been outstanding, they were on time, the price was fair, and the quality of work is excellent. We will use Zepp for all of our plumbing needs, they are a local family owned business and have obvious pride in their work.
