We've used ARDO for several projects around the house, and plan on using them for a few more projects! We've had good customer service experiences, they are affordable, and we've been pleased with the options for the projects we've had done.

Ardo Contracting is the very best builder I have ever encountered. They not only built our beautiful Annapolis waterfront home 30 years ago, they have continued to handle any general handyman type of services I have needed since then. Ardo provided incredible value, elite service and the most beautiful professional final product I could have ever hoped for. Paul Arnold, the owner, is amazingly responsive to any request I have ever made, and his entire team has always been top notch.
We built in a neighborhood containing homes of many diverse styles from over 50 different builders. I think I was the ONLY one in my neighborhood that had exactly ZERO disputes or problems with their builder, and I still hear from numerous neighbors (including 2 high-end real estate developers) telling me we have the most beautiful and unique home in the area. I give all credit to Ardo, who made our entire experience headache free, and a delight. You can look for other builders all you want, but you will never find 1 that gives better value, better service, and a better finished product at a lower price than what you'll get from Ardo Contracting. They are the VERY BEST!

ARDO completed a 1500 sqft addition on our house including a master suite (bedroom, bathroom, closet), two offices, laundry room, gym, mudroom, and 2-car garage. The work is high quality and we love it! Our house is historic and tying in with the old structure presented many challenges. Their team, Carl in particular, are highly skilled carpenters and their work was excellent. We came in very close to budget, COVID price hikes were the largest contributor to changes. We came in close to the time we were expecting, which is late but not unreasonably so, especially considering supply chain delays going on nationwide during our 9 month build. Our biggest frustrations during the process came in dealings with subcontractors and ARDO was very patient working through these issues with us. Highly recommend.

We use Ardo Contracting for all our home improvements. They designed and built a two story great room and guest room addition along with a beautiful side porch for short escapes to read and relax. Their most recent work included installation of a new front door and storm door. Two doors that are more beautiful and energy efficient than our old ones. A much smaller job, but so appreciated was a cedar container for our trash and recycle cans. They are no longer an eyesore from the road and there’s no need to chase wind blown containers and contents all over the yard. We couldn’t be more pleased.

We recently renovated our kitchen but it was not a simple redo. A bump out with new roof, new kitchen door access to the deck and adding an Island were just a few of the needs. It was a long project from inception to architectural drawings and then the bidding process. From the bidding and every step forward to completion, ARDO was outstanding. First rate material, top flight workers, an outstanding Forman and Paul’s dedication to perfection makes this team along with the front office folks and easy contact, an absolute pleasure for your construction and remodeling needs.
I would not hesitate to recommend ARDO and in fact, will have the team do a second renovation project in the coming months.
