“ARDO completed a 1500 sqft addition on our house including a master suite (bedroom, bathroom, closet), two offices, laundry room, gym, mudroom, and 2-car garage. The work is high quality and we love it! Our house is historic and tying in with the old structure presented many challenges. Their team, Carl in particular, are highly skilled carpenters and their work was excellent. We came in very close to budget, COVID price hikes were the largest contributor to changes. We came in close to the time we were expecting, which is late but not unreasonably so, especially considering supply chain delays going on nationwide during our 9 month build. Our biggest frustrations during the process came in dealings with subcontractors and ARDO was very patient working through these issues with us. Highly recommend.”

He arrived on time and repaired the roof with precision. He removed the limb, applied new wood and ice shield, and then added new shingles. The roof looks great and he cleaned up neatly. “This was a BIG job. We bought a fixer-upper and we needed an almost complete replacement of the exterior of our home: roof, skylights, siding/housewrap, trim, gutters, dormers, shutters, soffit, and windows — the whole nine yards. We were hoping to hire a single contractor to handle all the work and ensure it was all done seamlessly and watertight. Though we shopped around quite a bit for quotes, from some contractors that did everything and from some that specialized in one or two of our project tasks, Dunsmore Exteriors was the standout among our quotes for each individual portion of project. “Usually not a review person but felt that Warriors definitely deserved it. The company is just perfect. We've been in our home for 5 months and ran into a big issue with water coming into the home. After calling other companies and them trying to sell us stuff we didn't need or just not call us back at all we finally found Warriors Construction and Pedro was out the next day and showed up ahead of schedule to assess what needed to be done. Was able to get us a quote fast for the roofing repair and siding replacement and schedule the work just as fast. Everything was done in no time and even when there was a hiccup due to the pandemic, Pedro Roxanna made sure to keep me up to date.
