We recently worked with Eric during our home search and couldn’t be happier about the service and quality of his work. Eric walked us through everything he noticed and helped us understand the potential issues from a homeowner’s perspective. He was systematic and thorough in his approach, he answered all of our questions, and he was not in a rush to finish - we really felt like he wanted us to have all the information he could give us. He also gave us his advice for maintenance of different systems/prevention of problems as homeowners; he didn’t limit himself to what was required to support the sale process. His report was easy to understand and distilled the issues down to clear actions we could request from the seller. He also answered our follow-up questions via email as the seller addressed the issues he had initially found. Eric also did a pre-inspection with us for a house we did not ultimately buy; he was equally thorough and informative there. We would definitely recommend Eric to anyone needing a home inspection.

Amazing inspection experience with these guys. Cory was incredibly thorough and wrote up a detailed report for us. Also a huge perk with this company is that they are readily available to answer questions AFTER purchasing as well. Professional, good value and a great business.

Scott and Courtney are fantastic! Scott is very thorough. He's great at explaining what he's looking for and giving an honest assessment of what he's seeing. Courtney is extremely responsive and promptly gets you all the information you need. Highly recommend!

We had our house inspected by Cory. He was very knowledgeable, but capable of acknowledging the things he didn't know. He was full of energy explained things wonderfully, and answered all our questions. He submitted his report a mere hours after the inspection, and remarkably was comprehensive and extremely useful: it has served us as a reference ever since. Very pleased.

We received two inspections for two different homes and both were thoroughly inspected foundation to roof. I won't be looking elsewhere for
