(September 9, 2020, 2:09 pm)Tony #5828 was extreme professional and quick to assess the issue. From the time I called till the time he had my main sewage line cleared was less then 2 hours. Tony came prepared with a mask, boot covers and asked if it was okay to come inside. Will call again next time I have a problem.
(July 30, 2020, 5:54 pm)We were extremely pleased with the prompt service we received from Roto Rooter. The plumber Ram came within 2 hours after we called and he was able explain to us immediately what the issue was. Before he arrived we had plumbing issues in both upstairs bathrooms and showers. He repaired the problem within the hour and left both bathrooms cleaner than they were before he arrived. He did a superb clean up job after this major plumbing issue. We will use this company for future plumbing needs.
(July 30, 2020, 11:31 am)Our plumber Rhoming was very helpful, he explained all the answers to any questions we asked. He also was very accommodating when it came to our schedule. He was very considerate when it came to our safety, being sure to enter through our garage to limit how much he traveled through the home. He wore a mask of course but also covered his shoes and placed a mat down for his work space. Everything was left clean and neat. He was patient with us and he also did his job in a very timely fashion. We truly appreciated having him as our Plumber.
(July 7, 2020, 12:19 pm)Amazing, educational! Jeff the master plumber most likely solved the biggest plumbing mystery ever. Not only did Jeff provide great service but he was very educational and explained all of our options. He explained everything in a way for me to understand. (Ooh that's what that switch is for) He gave my husband and I tips on what to look out for. After a pretty hard rain I noticed water coming from a pipe in my basement. Jeff examined the pipe, he searched the exterior and interior of my house for all possibilities. He provided answers to every question we asked. I felt very comfortable with whatever Jeff decided to do based on his knowledge and experience. I made a late night appointment online, received a text message confirmation right away. 30 minutes prior to the appointment I received a call saying he was on his way. Jeff came with his mask and gloves on. If I ever have a problem I would call and ask for Jeff Fetner!
