As an African-American, seeing the comments pertaining to this community not being favorable to our race is very appalling... first and foremost, my husband and I walked in one night to a flooded apartment and we called 24/7 maintenance and they were very swift with processing our request. Although it wasn’t a ton of water, they rectified the situation, got a carpet restoration crew out, and solved our issue in a matter of 2/3 hours. Considering it was 11PM - 1AM, the entire maintenance crew we dealt with was so kind we had some laughs and went about our night. Brompton is such a loving, quiet, safe community. I HIGHLY recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment because you’re really getting your money’s worth!!! ❤️
(August 6, 2018, 7:15 pm)Kind of way overdue, but Brompton House was one of my fave apartments to date thus far. The unit was a 3rd floor, near the elevator, but the noise was never bothersome. It was clean, and I never had much of a bug problem. Quiet neighbors and environment--overall it was worth the money, and everything inside was newish. Parking was easy for guests, an open lot that only got a bit tight later in the evening which is expected. On top of that, pretty nice management, who keep your packages and give refills for printing paper. 24hour gym access and computer room access, plus a conference room as well. The computer room sometimes had IT issues, but it was never too horrible. All in all, loved living here, it was worth the money you pay for a stress-free living situation, the residents were pretty decent quality ranging from students, young professionals, to young couples with kids, and I was treated well by the local and regional management from beginning to end. The only drawback would be there's not as much of an area for running outside since it's right on Rt 1, but super convenient to the highway in both directions. Recommended!
