I took Darlene’s yoga classes when I was pregnant and they were awesome! I absolutely attribute my yoga practice for one of the reasons why I was able to have the unmedicated and non-intervention birth that I wanted. She’s super knowledgeable about not just the yoga practice itself, but also about the specifics of the human body and why it does what it does. That knowledge, yoga positioning, and different stress relief techniques definitely helped to calm me down during my second and third trimester and empowered me to have a wonderful pregnancy. I highly recommend her yoga practice.

Darlene was wonderful doing a session with my newborn! She helped him release any tension in his body following the birth and a tongue tie revision procedure, and he was so relaxed afterwards. She also helped me with some back pain that I had been dealing with during and after pregnancy, and I really noticed a difference during and after the session. Darlene is a very welcoming person and very easy to talk to, I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
