“My roommate and I moved to Verde at Howard Square back in August. I wanted to wait at least six months before writing this review. This place has been incredible. We stayed at two places in Odenton before our move to Verde an couldn’t be more happy about our transition. The price was very reasonable and our apartment layout is the best I found. (Alexander). The best part about this place is the staff. They are extremely friendly and quick to help always. We had about 4 maintenance issues so far since we moved in (late July) and every single time they have been very quick to help. One of those issues was a (small) leak in our wall that caused three microwaves to ruin. They replaced the microwave every time until the issue was fixed and were very patient and helpful. This place is very nice and I highly recommend it. They have recommendation rewards now and then so if you know someone who lives in the apartment already be sure to ask!”
