We have been coming here for years and every visit has been amazing. They are so thorough, communicate everything, and even provide a loaner car if you need one. I can get in to see them about an issue right away, and they're always prompt.

The most honest work! The free complimentary inspections with service are great also. I drop my car off here and I'm confident their recommendations are what's best for me and my car. I don't have to research and make sure I'm not getting taken advantage of...Peace of mind!

I have been Neubauer few times in the past four years for my 2009 Chevy, they have been doing very good jobs. In the passed July 6, I had the front wheel alignment done there, it was right on time per my appointment, also did good job. My only concern was hope they could give me a brief telling me what had done on my car before I left.

Thanks again to this great team at Neubauer's Auto! I came in for an inspection, tire rotation and oil change , and they saw I I had two nails in one tire and my tires needed to be replaced to pass inspection. They went above and beyond to get everything done!!!!!! I drive over an hour to come to them any time I need anything done on my vehicle and I always leave happy, feeling safe driving my car after repairs and they work hard to get things done the right way !!!!!! Always recommending and bragging to come here for auto repairs etc !
