(December 12, 2018, 7:51 pm)One of my favorite parks in the area, just beautiful. However, this place is large, So if you’re planning to meet people and make sure you give them the right location. Also to note, if your not a local and you come to visit near the end of the school year you will find that most seniors have their prom pictures taken here so it can become quite crowded.
(November 12, 2018, 1:02 pm)My go to place for walk/run. Great place for a walk, run and cycling. It is a easy 2.5 mile trail. The best part is you can do all those with a view of the beautiful centennial lake. You can also do kayaking, paddle boating, etc. It is really fun during summer.
(November 9, 2018, 3:59 pm)Wow, easy to get lost here. Parking gets REALLY busy on weekends, be prepared to walk. But the walking is GREAT! We rented a Kayak for 2 and rowed around on the lake. Beautiful spot. Lots and lots of picnic spaces.
(October 13, 2018, 5:11 pm)Fantastic lake to go fishing on the weekend. We're not a lot of people and it was a beautiful day nice fluffy clouds with a deep blue sky behind them. While we did attempt fishing we mostly just fed the fish with her bait and drowned worms. But that could be fun too, check it out it's a nice place to go on the weekend or during the week.
(September 23, 2018, 10:18 am)This is a great park with many things to do. The walking trail around the lake is a nice 2.4 mile trek its pretty flat. Great walking or bike riding. You can also rent boats to get out on the lake. There are also several pavilions to have a family gathering or celebration. There is ample parking as well.
