Alta at Regency Crest

I have been a resident at Alta sense May of 2019. I have enjoyed living here. The service in all areas of living have been prompt and courteous. The total area is kept up neat so you would be proud to live here.

The team at Alta has done a nice job keeping us safe during the COVID-19 crisis. They are all very pleasant and easy to work with.

The ladies in the leasing office have been extremely helpful and professional. The building and grounds are maintained well. And the few residents we have met have all been quite friendly.

We have a family member moving in January 2021. So far we've experienced nothing but a professional, courteous and helpful demeanor from the staff at ARC. They have been extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions and concerns for our family member. The facility and grounds at ARC are well maintained and offer a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors. The small interactions we've had so far with other residents have been friendly and welcoming. We know that this will be a wonderful place for our family member and we're looking to create great memories at ARC! Keep up the great work ARC!!!

So far since 2017 it has been a nice experience. The residents are friendly, my quarters are accommodating (except me being on the 4th floor-not their fault.) Ive enjoyed the group experiences (art, etc.). There are other activities where you can belong to or respond to.
It is clean and the staff are very accommodating.
