(March 27, 2023, 4:04 pm)Wonderful to work with! Made wonderful recommendations and suggestions so we could make decisions. Picked a great location on the ship! Went to battle for us when we had to cancel because of a health emergency. We knew we were not due a credit but Renee pleaded our case and got it solved very quickly. Renee was very courteous and kind throughout the whole process even when last minute questions popped up. Thank you and we are looking forward to booking our next adventure with Renee!
(February 14, 2023, 9:18 am)I travel quite often and until I met Renee on a cruise a few years ago, I rarely used a travel agent. Now I will never travel without asking for her help and advice first. Renee is incredibly knowledgeable about each cruise line and the excursions. I love the videos from the different ships - they're educational and entertaining. She always goes above and beyond and is quick to respond, even when she's on vacation!
(December 27, 2022, 5:50 pm)So highly recommend Gerber & Associates Dream Vacations. Renee helped us book our dream cruise to New Zealand. She was so knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. Renee found us the perfect cruise at an amazing price, and she was even able to get us extras on the cruise such as credits and a specialty dining. I will only book with Gerber & Associates for now on. They definitely deserve 5 stars!
