The class was held in one of their spacious studios, the Love studio, and was also offered online (as are most of their classes). The space seemed extra spacious since the class size was small, 3 students total, and Rebecca did a great job giving instructions and speaking loud enough to be heard in such a large space. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this class.”

I love how the teachers give modifications to support both newer and more advanced students so that each student feels both accomplished and challenged. The studio is also gorgeous, clean, and feels open. Air and bright energy easily flows. Looking up at the string lights, like little stars along the ceiling is a wonderful simple pleasure and super special. The Nest feels like community, and is inclusive to all.
