“The very first review of this company cannot be correct. There are many companies with the name "Prestige". I am certain that this review is not for Prestige Home Improvement and Plumbing. I have used this company for 17 years!! Steve and Jim are the lead guys. They are super trustworthy and will not start a job until they know they can finish it. If there should be any kind of delay, you are notified ahead of time and understand why. They finish what they start in a very timely manner. The work is EXCELLENT!! I felt comfortable leaving Steve and Jim in my home while I worked. THEY ARE THE BEST!! They built an entire addition on my home in 2001 and have done many jobs for me since then. You can call them for any job! They have installed hot water tanks for me, replaced toilets, redone bathrooms, repaired siding, and built decks. I have referred them to many neighbors and friends who have also been very happy.”

“I've had a pretty substantial leak in my pool most of the summer, and had been putting off having it looked at until the end of the season so that any repairs could be completed after the season. I wish I had called sooner because not only did Tim from American Leak Detection come out and find all the leaks, but they were actually minor leaks that he was able to fix as he found them! One week later and I still haven't had any leaks :-D”

“I had water in my basement, and needed to find the problem quickly. Kastner Plumbing was able to send someone to my property within 2 hours. Their representative spent 40 minutes looking at every water line in my house even though he believed that the root cause was the sump pump. After he found no other potential problems, he installed a cast iron sump pump and away the water went. The dispatcher was very personable and the tech that came out was professional and friendly. Kastner is one of the few companies that I actually put their magnet on my fridge should I ever run into other problems.”
