The chef/owner and his staff (family) are staunch advocates of the farm-to-table concept, sourcing produce, meats, poultry and dairy products almost exclusively from Maryland organic farms, all food is prepared fresh and is very reasonable they also have catering services for your special events. “If there's something particular your looking for just ask they'll order it for you, by the bottle or by the case. --I see people saying small selection and high prices. Well if you think logically about it they are a small store and they try to carry as much variety as they can but they also gave to be careful because if they order every flavor of everything out there, then there will always be something that is not going to sell. --As for the high prices again they are a small liquor store there is no need to order cases of everything the while case will never sell. So they need to only order a lot of things by the bottle. So when you order only a few bottles then is costs more per bottle because the wholesaler has to break a case to give the store a few bottles. Therefore the extra cost that the wholesaler charges is then added onto the bottle price for the shelf. --Remember you are paying for convenience. But hey if you can get it cheaper somewhere else go ahead and spend the extra money in gas to go there. But don't complain when the next time you need to make a quick run to grab what you need from this liquor store and your item is not there. If your not going to purchase it they can fill that space with another item that will sell. --I hope you understand the role of a small town liquor store now. Happy drinking!!!”
