“I just took my 2013 Mercedes S550 to the guys. I had bought the car few weeks ago and put new tires on but car has been shaking and making noise during the ride over 50 mph. I am a car guy so I suspected one or some of the wheels are bent. Since I had dealer mounted, balanced and aligned the new tires so that was out of equation. I went to these guys and met David there. They greeted respectfully and check my car right away and validated my suspicion that two rear wheels were bent up to extent that I was feeling vibrations on 50mph+ speeds. I gave David a go to have it fixed. They took care of both wheels in an hour and let me tell you, the car runs as new now like I expect it to be. “My poor brand new truck, with less than 2,000 miles got rear ended. What a mess. I didn't think it would ever look right. I went online in a random search. I had no idea where to go. Reach out to a couple of places (on a Saturday), and Airpark answered right away. They were pretty far from me (about 45 miles), but Alex and Marcelo convinced me they were up to the task. Some problems that they found were even fixed at no charge. I was expecting a huge bill, but contrary to my belief it was a very reasonable price. “I am a woman in my mid-20's, and I have done work on my own car from changing the oil regularly, to replacing an alternator in a few hours. Safe to say I don't trust many mechanics to treat a person, let alone a young women, as something other than a price. With that being said, Ron and the people over at Trans Tech are exceptional and experienced auto professionals. They care about you and will insistently get to know your needs and give you their advice without any motives or expectations of getting more bucks out of you, or performing any unnecessary service on your vehicle. If you need a trans flush or fluid and filter change, go to Trans Tech and they will run tests to determine if either service is appropriate for your car. If you are buying a used car and need to get it inspected, I highly recommend Trans Tech for this service as well. The guys have eyes for detail. They spotted dry rot on the tires of an otherwise exceptionally clean vehicle. I received both of those services and the cost is the same as the typical going rate at any shop with the added bonus of their high quality service. Will be going back for those repairs I can't do myself. Highly recommend.”
