“Easy and surprisingly quick on and off. Great piece of history still in modern use. I wouldn't want to commute on it but was great for a weekend ride as there are many historical sites on both sides of the river from there. Price is $5 per vehicle one way, or $8 rt. $3 motorcycle. $2 bicycle and $1 foot traffic, which if you were hiking or biking the C&O canal path could be a fun side trip to go across and continue up the other bank of the potomac.”
