“Mr. Conrad came to our house and showed my wife dozens of options for replacing the upholstery on our couch and chair. In addition, he made a new cushion for our rocker and the seat for our antique hall tree. He did everything as promised in the time and for the price he quoted. All of the furniture came back looking like new and it felt better - he updated the cushions in the couch and the filling on it and in the chair. Very good work for the price. I highly recommend him. I saw some of the other reviews. Mr. Conrad does speak fast and wants to keep moving but he was polite and could quickly size up the job.”

As soon as I meet him after scheduling an appointment online to test drive a 430ix convertible, I felt like he was a trusted, old friend. He wasn’t pushy, he spent considerable time helping me explore all of my options, and he has a fantastic sense of humor to boot! In the end, he helped me come to the conclusion that I would be better served (and happier) with a zippy M240ix convertible. When there wasn’t one readily available with the options I sought, he helped track one down in Massachusetts and get it to me in a matter of days. “I came in to get simple needle and thread right before closing . The woman at the counter was nice. Great conversation and food advise. I think it’s perfect to have a hair salon inside of a hair store because most women end up going two places either before or after getting their hairs done. For example getting the stuff to keep up with their style or getting what’s necessary to get their hair done. I did think her prices for her services were kind of high. She said $20 to sew a wig down (that was slipping) since I already had my hair braided and $60 to braid my hair down and sew the already made synthetic wig on.”
