“My two daughters go to this school and they love it. There are many good things to say about GHES Darnestown. The class sizes are very small and teacher student ratio is very good. They have many events that bring the parents in to get involved. Very secure campus, and everyone is so friendly and accomodating. Nice facilities too.”

“This is the first year my son is going to this school and it has been a good experience. The staff is friendly and the infrastructure is the appropriate for the number of kids on premises. I highly recommend this school to other parents.”

“It's amazing for your children to go to!”

“This is the greatest school I have ever attended. The teachers are phenomenal, the community is very welcoming, and the building service does an amazing job at keeping the place clean. The best thing about Jones Lane is its community. Gaithersburg is one of the most, if not the most diverse suburbs in the entire United States of America. Therefore, you would expect a school in Gaithersburg to be very diverse. Jones Lane does not fall short of this. There is student diversity in all aspects, including income, race, gender, and cultural background. What's even better is that everyone in the community intermixes. Whether you're rich, poor, Filipino, or Russian, you're bound to make friends with many different types of people. When it comes to education, the teachers are hands down the best teachers I've ever had. They have not only made me love learning, but they have helped me in finding my passions and dreams. They have given me the foundation to not only succeed for the rest of grade school, but for the rest of life. Many will argue that Jones Lane's building is the nicest, or the most well-updated. However, this makes Jones Lane a place that feels like home. There is something fulfilling about attending a school that has served and inspired students for decades. Overall, Jones Lane was a great pleasure of an experience. I'd recommend that any parent who is planning to live somewhere in the DC Area move to an area that feeds into Jones Lane. It will be a great service to your child.”
