“I didn't think I would ever really need to use this policy and have had this for about 8-9 years without needing it, but turns out that I did finally need it. I called and talked to a very experienced lawyer who brought great perspective to my situation and excellent guidance. It was fantastic to get a fast response and very reasonable and expert advice. The person doing the intake of info was very knowledgeable as well. I was very impressed and very happy that I have this policy.”

“It's convenient for me. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've noticed that they rotate sales on items in the store (when I opt for items on sale, I can get out at a very reasonable price). The quality of the produce is exceptional. I don't mind paying more for it. All in all, it's not my regular place. But it's great to be able to walk over to grab some odd items. Their co-op membership, however, makes no sense to me. It's one 10% off coupon for each quarter, at a $50/year membership fee. Which really isn't a fantastic deal. It's not appealing to join on those lines. The guy at the register gave me a knowing smirk as I did the math in my head and told him I think I'd pass (so even the staff sees it). I think a manager was behind him though, so he continued to sell it by saying that people will come in and use it to stock up on wine. ...That's a lot of wine... We're talking over $150 in alcohol each quarter to see a benefit in the membership. So I guess if you regularly host large groups of people, or more likely just a DC lush, this would be appealing.”

“Dr. Edelstein is the BEST! She really cares about her patients. Compared to other doctors that I or my other children have seen, she's been the best, by far. My son has been going to her since he was 4 years old....he's now 15 and we're still with her! She's patient, educates the parent AND the child on their illness, and she really advocates for my son when he's having trouble in school. I feel like we're part of her family because that's how she treats us.She wants the best for him and encourages him to want the best for himself. I read another post saying the wait was too long. Well, I've always waited when I go to any doctor's office for an appointment. To be perfectly honest, when I've found a good doctor--one that really cares about me or my child and one who is VERY good at what they do, I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes if I know I'm going to get the best care. There are times I go there and I wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes and there are times I don't wait at all. When you can get a doctor like her, I'd wait an hour if I had to--but in 11 years of going there several times each year, I've never waited more than 30 minutes. She doesn't rush me when I have concerns, so I don't want her to rush someone else's child just to see me right on time. I guess you just have to weigh what's more important to you. Yes, there are lots of doctors out there, but I'm telling you they're not many like Dr. Edelstein. I wouldn't switch neurologists for anything!!!”
