“We took a Hypnobirthing class with Lori in the fall of 2014, and it was a wonderful experience. As the husband and father, I was sceptical at first. I did not know much about hypnobirthing, and was unsure of what to expect. Let me assure you, that hypnobirthing is an amazing experience, and is definitely a great choice as birthing preparation. Hypnobirthing is about using meditation and relaxation to create the birth of your choice. It is entirely empowering to go through this course and feel like you can design the experience. Lori is really enthusiastic, and teaches with active engagement. This is not a course for one to simply observe. You are an active participant the entire time. By the time we finished the course, we felt absolutely prepared by the end of the course, and very comfortable with what was to happen with our birth. Each session of the course helps the couple look develop meditation and relaxation techniques that are customized for that couple. After the first few minutes, I became very comfortable with Lori, and the class. Having been through the course, I would never have a birth class any other way. Other birth classes focus on how can you survive the birth - Hypnobirthing focuses on how can you enjoy the birth. That emphasis places this class at a completely different level than most other birth classes. Seriously imagine that - enjoying the labor and delivery process. That is what a Hypnobirthing class with Lori will teach you. To all the partners of mothers to be - you are an integral part of the birth process. Never forget how important your positive assistance is to your partner. Give the hypnobirthing process a serious shot because it is the strongest method out there of connecting with your partner and child. I started sceptical, and can entirely recommend the process. “Love this place!! The food is amazing!! Did I mention they have funnel cakes?! I enjoy sitting at the bonfires with my friends. The makeup for the actors look so real and scary!! I have a blast every time I come to field of screams. My personal favorite is the trails. They are $25 each, but they do have a pack of tickets that allow you to see four attractions for $53 and it is totally worth the price!! You never know what you might walk into. Whether it be a zombie or a scary clown, you will grow to love this place as much as I do. If you live in the DMV area or visiting around the Halloween season I’d recommend you to come here. It is one of the biggest attractions in Maryland and you’d regret not going after the season is over. Go get your scare on!!”

“If you're interested in good, I mean good Italian food, Umberto's is the place. It's a small unassuming restaurant, but that's part of the charm. Food was the best authentic Italian I've had in a while. I grew up in South Jersey with Italian parents and this is how my father cooked. Be warned... this is not a chain restaurant with too much salt and over the top flavoring. The food is fresh, you can taste the tomatoes, the bread nice and crusty and the marinara is simple but full of flavor, I would say uncomplicated. Portions are family sized but reasonably priced. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and the owner came by after our meal to make sure everything was good. We will be bringing friends on our next visit to share with them this little gem.”
