“This place is in an old/retro house, painted in more modern colors. Has unique made to order sandwiches, table delivery, art and chotskes to look at or purchase. Love the upstairs earring area, but there isn't an elevator to get up there. Reasonably priced.”

“If you're interested in good, I mean good Italian food, Umberto's is the place. It's a small unassuming restaurant, but that's part of the charm. Food was the best authentic Italian I've had in a while. I grew up in South Jersey with Italian parents and this is how my father cooked. Be warned... this is not a chain restaurant with too much salt and over the top flavoring. The food is fresh, you can taste the tomatoes, the bread nice and crusty and the marinara is simple but full of flavor, I would say uncomplicated. Portions are family sized but reasonably priced. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and the owner came by after our meal to make sure everything was good. We will be bringing friends on our next visit to share with them this little gem.”
