“I’ve used Chesapeake for numerous projects spanning over 11 years. Fernando’s team has the same guys he’s had for over a decade, which shows what an honest, reliable company he runs. They are polite, professional, exceeding helpful, and do excellent work. Fernando has superb design ideas and a full panoply of options in his showroom. When projects lapse, it’s often out of his control. He installed a picture window for us that came broken - twice - which delayed the job, but Fernando managed the delay beautifully. For my first kitchen renovation with him (I’ve done two, plus multiple bathrooms, enclosing a porch, and renovating two basements), I received multiple bids and his was very reasonable. He is a fair and honest man. The negative reviews on here do not reflect my longstanding experience. Even in between jobs, he has stepped in to help me with issues around the house. He is largely hands off while the work gets done, so if you need constant check ins, it’s something you must initiate. But for me, it’s unnecessary. I know Fernando will get everything done.”
