We had damage to our roof from a recent storm, with tree limbs creating holes in the roof. GRP responded within a day to my inquiry and came out the same day to inspect the roof. Giovanni surveyed the damage and quickly installed a tarp to protect our home from water damage. Within the next day I received a quote and forwarded this to my insurance company. Within the next 3 days the quote was accepted and the money transferred to my account. I contacted GRP and scheduled them to arrive in the next two days. Giovanni arrived early in the morning with his crew and had my whole roof replaced including adding several sheets of plywood where there was damage within 6 hours. The crew diligently cleaned the entire area and the roof was finished beautifully. I can't say enough about the professionalism and the promptness of GRP. Giovanni and Rosanne have truly built a fabulous company for themselves. I highly recommend GRP for any roofing needs.

I recently discovered some water damage to our flat roof portico and contacted multiple roofers to determine the extent of the damage and the cost of repair. Some returned my calls, but many did not. Of those who did, all stated they didn’t work on flat roofs. Thankfully, one of the roofers recommended GRP Construction Services, a company that works on all roof types, including flat roofs. I contacted GRP for an inspection and estimate and received a quick response, followed by an appointment date within the week. The inspection was done by Giovanni Palacios, the owner, who showed me how the original builder had not sealed the portico roof properly and the damage that had caused. He explained what needed to be done and provided an estimate.

We were able to schedule the repair fairly quickly. The job took one day with little disruption to us. Giovanni took photos of the work performed during each phase of the job and emailed them to me when the job was completed. I appreciated this transparency and was satisfied with the work that was done. I found Giovanni to be honest, conscientious, responsive (even after the job was completed) and reasonably priced—a combination of qualities that is often hard to find.

Our roof was fairly old and showed a few signs of damage, requiring replacement. We knew it would big a big expense, and spent months researching roofing companies and comparing prices. GRP was by far the best choice. Giovanni was very professional and honest about what needed to be repaired - never pushing us to do anything with which we’re weren’t comfortable, nor recommending unnecessary repairs. He walked us through every aspect of the replacement, even while the crew was working - routinely showing us what was being done through each stage of the replacement. The crew worked incredibly fast, completing the replacement (new roof, fascia, siding and gutters) in 2 days, Giovanni kept in touch with us throughout the entire job, and I couldn’t have asked for a better looking roof. The quality of the work is clear, their prices are much better than most roofing companies in the area, and their team is incredibly friendly and easy with whom to work. I cannot speak highly enough of GRP.

We hired GRP Construction Services to replace our roof and had a great experience with them. Giovanni was extremely prompt with responding to our inquiry and coming by to look at the roof, and was friendly and happy to explain their process and different roofing materials. We got quotes from three different contractors, and GRP was priced competitively. Communication was timely and clear throughout the whole process. Our roof was done in one day and looks great. We noticed a new structural issue in our attic the day after installation, and they were quick to come back and help us with that as well. Highly recommended!

Really impressed by the GRP team! The customer service was top notch. Giovanni explained everything and showed me the issues vs telling me. We had several estimates and GRPs was by far the best. Really appreciated his honesty, the team’s communication/customer service and dedication to doing the FULL job (we had offers that was more $ on only partial). His team replaced our entire flat roof over our porch. Fair priced, Professional, excellent customer service and would definitely recommend GRP for any roofing job! Thanks GRP! A++
