(May 17, 2019, 11:06 am)I never have a bad experience here. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers. Mona is my favorite! Thanks to her and Dr. Chu, I always look forward to stopping by for either an appointment or for pickup. I tried going to the Bethesda location downtown-- never again! The staff there treats your requests like you're high maintenance and they all come off as snobs. I once had my contact lens tear in my eye while I was at work. I went to the Bethesda location thinking I would get the same level of treatment as the Potomac location (my mistake). Anytime I have needed replacement contact lenses in a pinch, all the staff at the Potomac location treats me nicely and respectfully. Seriously, go check this location out. I won't go anywhere else.
